You will have to plot the concentration of your compound vs. the absorbance at your chosen wavelength, as long as your compound is soluble, the OD shouldn't change a lot when concentration increases. After that, if you observe a sudden increase (or linear), it would mean that your compound is not soluble anymore.

Turbidity based solubility measurement is high-throughput tool for determination of kinetic solubility of the compound under pharmaceutical paradigm.

Please elaborate the question, whether you want to measure kinetic solubility or thermodynamic solubility of your molecule?

Turbidity measurements are more sensitive at shorter wavelengths, but are more prone to confusion with the absorbance of the compound. If your compound has no visible color, then I recommend using a shorter wavelength, such as 450 nm, to get a more sensitive reading.

If there is a nephelometer available, use that instead. It is a more appropriate instrument for the purpose because it is not affected as much by the compound's absorbance and is more sensitive.
