I've got many type files of XRD patterns from Shimadzu XRD6000 like .ORG, .RSM, .RK1, .PKR, .RBG and .JPG but i can't open these files then i can't calculate crystal size .etc.
Unfortunately device operator doesn't know to solve these problem and just gave me .JPG for searching purity of my sample.
could anyone help me?
I worked on Shimadzu 6000 and I faced the same problem, you can solve it easy..
1- try to find your RAW file in the computer database instead of JPG or other formats.
2- use PowDLL Converter (use google to search for it) to convert .RAW to .rd file
3- use xpert high score plus to analysis your peaks
I would use ENGAUGE which is a useful tool for converting an image file showing a graph into numbers. More specifically, using this software, you should be able to extract the coordinates (Intensity vs Two Theta) of the different points into a ASCII file. Then, you will be able to perform a FWHM calculation.
Also, I am quite surprised of your question. From what I know, most XRD acquisition softwares allows for exporting the experimental data into a ASCII file.

You must have .raw file or to collect the raw file from where you did your experiment.
X'pert high score software directly read .raw file.
In my opinion physically you could measure the FWHM of XRD patterns. Generally it is measured at 50% of intensity height of peak. Since your XRD patterns is Intensity versus 2Theta, then you measure the width of the highest peak at 50% on 2Theta axis. I hope that without conversion of JPG, you will get physical measurement of FWHM.
If you are unable to get the PXRD data in .raw or, .dat format you can use dizitalize the picture using Origin software. Here, you need to take care of accuracy while converting the picture to the data point, try to pick as much point as possible.
To analyze XRD data and draw useful conclusions you need to convert the file formats accessible to XRD softwares. Conversion of image files into data (either using Origin or ENGAUGE) may result in misleading conclusions. If you have XRD data file in one format you may convert it into another by using softwares freely available, but extracting precise data from an image file is not a solution. Hope you could understand the possibilities.
You cannot properly analyze a diffraction pattern from an image file, and you certainly can't publish any results without having the raw data. The raw data is there. If you can't find it perhaps think about changing fields.
Agreed with the answers of Peers. You can use RAW file of your XRD pattern and run it in Jade, used for XRD Data analysis, and find the value of FWHM.
