I am trying to calculate the Inverse Pole Figure of a rolled sheet with BCC-like crystal structure. However, when I perform a tetha/2tetha scan I can only see 2 diffraction peaks (see attached figure). I know a minimum of 3 PFs are required to have reliable calculated IPFs. Can I simply fix the 2tetha angle on (111) or (100) peak positions using the Bragg law although I do not see the peaks. Is this correct? Can you recommend what is the best way to deal with this situation.
