Hi all. I am in serious need of help. I digitized hundreds of equid teeth (with curves as well as 8 landmarks) in TPSDig. I then appended the curves to landmarks to do the necessary analyses. However, I then added another roughly 100 teeth to the original tps file for digitizing (by appending the tps file in TPSUtil and adding more images). I then digitized them the same way I had the others, with the curves and the 8 landmarks. Now I have seen that I am unable to append these files (curves to landmarks) as it keeps giving me errors stating that I have inconsistent landmark numbers (the newly added files have 8 landmarks while the others have 145 due to appending the curves to landmarks previously). I have no time to start again, and so much work has gone into it that surely there must be a way to do this. Any help at all would be so appreciated.
