How do I analyse data from samples with different population size?

Good day house. Please I need assistance with respect to statistical analysis. I have animals which numerical data I want to analyse. The animals are from 3 different locations but with different sample size (A is 50, the B is 30 and C is 20).

To analyse the three together, I know I will use ANOVA. But I want to pair them first i.e analyzing A and B, A and C, and then B and C. What is the best test for analyzing the pairs since T-Test is for populations with equal sample size.

Secondly, is Chi square suitable for their categorical variables or is there any other test more suitable for categorical variables from population with unequal sample size?

May be you can use Incomplete Block Design.
