when we have an aquase sol of TiO2 nps how is it added to polymers? I mean is it only possible when the polymer is water base like PVA? or for PMMA and Epoxy is possible too? also I want to k now if vcan we have ethanol sol of TiO2 nps ? if yes what about that case? (adding to polymers)

your question is not clear. A short non-complete list: You can stabilize NP by polymers (effects steric and or depletion forces) to disperse them in a medium or you can disperse the NP in a polymer (polymer is the medium), e.g. you can disperse the NP in a polymer melt (thermoplastic) or solution of a monomer/polymer/oligomer and cure the system. (last step is performed in the reference fo ZnO). The attached reference also contains some aspects of TiO2 which may help to understand your system.

thank u so much my question is when we synthesis a water sol of nano TiO2 can it be added to the polymers without addition of further intermediate compatibilizing agent?if its possible what polymers? should they be only water base?

The answer is of course yes,
In the first section you can do that even without any coupling agent, If you add coupling agent you may obtain better stabilization,
In the second section generally the monomers (acrylic mononers ) are adapted with a mixture of a water/alcohol as continus phase.
thank you so much........ so in the case of epoxy for example, water/alcohol mixture also can be used as a compatibilizing agent? or is there any way to modify the polymer itself to have reactive groups that can react with the nanoparticles and act as a ligand without any excess agents ?
It depends to the nature of epoxy, solvent based epoxy is not compatible with a water sol, however epoxy may emulsify in an aquous system and then it will be compatible.
