Has anyone done proliferation analysis using latest version of FlowJo (10.1r5)? If so, how can I access the option? The newer layout only shows options for cell cycle, kinetics, or compare groups. Tried looking for the options in preferences but no luck there either. I'm new to FlowJo so this is likely a simple fix for someone currently using the platform.
Tutorial documentation via their website has not been helpful as they have yet to update it for newest version.

What your OS? Windows or Mac....There are some options in differents OS.
As of today, the function is still not available. Downgrading to 7.6.5 is a major pain as workspace files cannot be recognized.
Try to use ModFit . There is a trial template with 30 assays.

As George pointed out, unfortunately, the Proliferation platform is not yet ready for primetime, although work on it is well underway and will hopefully be released in the near future.
Until then, FlowJo v7.6.5 (PC and Mac) and FlowJo v9 (Mac only) will allow you to carry out your proliferation analysis.
Of course, I will make sure to update here when the Proliferation platform is released or in beta format.
