particularly, exosomes of endothelial origin not tumor cells. I already found a paper by Irina Nazarenko (2010) saying Tspan8 is needed but from exosomes derived from tumor cells. any ideas which proteins should be on Endothelial cells and which on exosomes should be present for that to happen?

Exosomes released from a variety of cell types, including endothelial cells, fuse with receptor (target) cells and deliver their cargo to cells. The cargo contains proteins, RNA (including miRNA), and DNA. Therefore, multiple signaling pathways could be altered by exosomes in the target cells.
