I think all people estimate their life difficult since difficulty arises when you dream which needs taking challenges. If you take challenges, there is a story of conflicts with others. When you do not take challenges, the story in final is bad.
Therefore we should feel enthusiasm to take challenges. Our decisions should be based on our strength and weakness, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis).
The plight of academics at financially strapped universities in the recent past has been the large-scale downloading onto them of administrative and clerical tasks, plus demands for self-justification. This has resulted in the fragmentation of academics' research time to such an extent that many are unable to properly enjoy the "love" for their subject that drew them into scholarly or scientific pursuits in the first place.
In India, large numbers of teaching and non-teaching posts are vacant in universities and colleges. Quality information resources are not available in large number of institutions. Infrastructure is poor. These conditions de-motivate good workers and researchers.
I had passed higher secondary examination in 1992, took admission in graduation in 1997 in an open university, passed it in 2005. A large time was spent in struggling for a satisfactory career. The days were horrible and disgusting.
Thanks for replying and letting us know your hardships. These hardships give us maturity and keep us moving forward in life .
I have not seen many hardships, but i have experienced something. People whose life has been easier than mine earn more than me . People who complained about their condition do live better life than me. So, i asked this question here at RG. We don't demand much though our hardships are more because we are not complaining about our condition and hence not demanding more .
It is not possible to draw a line of demarcation in the line with the difficulties ,experienced by every individual . Difficulties remain a process of the life for every human beings it is changing & also all the time challenging .Our life very often remains a challenge & due to the action which are not in our controlling stage create the problem & in certain cases smile may remain a tears for us .
For every difficulties remains a challenge for the life .Individual who have contributed in their respective areas from the science ,research , scientific & technological problems & in their respective areas of scientific & academic contribution , they all have accepted the challenge of difficulty & in this line they have remained a guiding hopes for our action of life .

Karl Pfeifer This is one reason why I elected to enter industry rather than stay at academia after talking to my professors at a World 25 university. Over the years finding time and support for unconventional research and paying the bills put together is easier on this route, but still frustrating. Most of the early greats independent researchers who were independently wealthy or had a patron who was.

How difficult is your life? Its interesting since it is not How your life became difficult ? it would spread positiveness since people like success stories. I think Life for any youth is difficult unless and until he or she is employed. Now a days many are moving behind their passion. But majority are still on same traditional path. One day I met a Successful person and I was happy and became sad as I did not reached the position like them. Then, I met a Failure person and again I was Happy. This time because I was at one step ahead of his position. Both person made me happy. So, I can say Both successful and unsuccessful person have a difficult life.
