How different isoforms of a miRNA family are classified?

I am reading an article about miRNA. As you see (attached table). There are obviously differences in the sequence of mi167c and mi167d, However, the sequence of mi167a and mi167b are the same. Could you please tell me why they are categorized into two isofoms?
