How detect ATM protein by Western Blot?

I am trying to detect ATM (a very high protein) by Western Blot; I have transferred overnight at 4ºC and at 40mA but I have not been successful. Any suggestion??

Hi I have the same trouble as you, were you able to solve it in the end?

I found this tips for HMW proteins:

Here they suggest a transfer with 100mA for 20h
