Alginate and Agar are polymers, so create them in Aspen plus as polymers, and use any property package inside method filter POLYMER

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have checked the examples and there is no example for Agar and Alginate. I considered to define them as Non-Conventional component, but I need Density and Specific Heat Capacity. I could not find any article for the analysis of Heat Capacity for these components.
