In my study area, I have 9023 individual features grouped into 3 categories of geomorphic features based on morphology and genesis: KF (833 features), Si (7051 features), and Sp (1139 features). These features occur in 14 different stratigraphic mapping units which are comprised of 40 different lithologic types (actual rock compositions). My data indicate the number of each feature category that occurs in each stratigraphic unit and also in each lithology. By graphing, I know that certain mapping units and lithologies account for much greater number of features than others. I want to determine which lithostratigraphic unit accounts for the greatest number of each category (KF, Si, Sp). I want to determine the same for the lithologic units. Which statistical analysis should I use? I am working in ArcMap and Excel 2016. Thank you!
