Hi all,

How could i measure the relative proportions of bound amino acids in neutrophil granules?

I'm looking for the proportion of all 20 of amino acids incorporated into proteins within a PMN granule.

I've searched for some time, but I've only found measurements of free amino acids so far. It may be that there are no measurement's of the relative proportions of bound amino acids, or that measuring bound amino acid ratios is impossible.
