NGS ( Next Generation Sequencing) is emerging filed which almost applied all biological sciences. Now I want to discuss on the merits and demerits of NGS for early and accurate disease diagnosis.

How to automate the pipelines

Reduce the error rates

Technical variation

Contamination, etc..
