We agree that an engineers are visually literate when the possess the skills, abilities and knowledge to understand, create, thinking and learn using images, pictures, graphics, sketches, drawings as well as mockups and prototypes. Their Visual Literacy is applied for the accomplishment of engineering tasks, such as solving technical problems. We also say that competence is the set of skills, abilities and knowledge for approaching tasks or any problem. In that sense, how do you think in general engineers are competent in visual literacy?
