If you have sufficient funding, get in contact with Zeiss, they have excellent photomicroscopes. Otherwise, you would need to change all the optics with quartz lenses, as well as the objectives. In general common microscopes does not transmit wavelengths below 350nm. For detectors, you may inquire with different manufacturers.

If you want to use a photomicroscope to a test, .I let one Zeiss in FCFRP-USP, with Dr. Pedro da Rocha (Depto. Ciências Farmaceuticas) when I left the University.
