For the rupture risk the maximum pressure oscillation amplitude in the aneurysm is most decisive in my view, together with the aneurysm's surface size.

in my  model, i find a Pressure pic inside the part between the ICA entrance and the aneurysm dome that can reach 58% of a reference pressure without changing the outlet pressure, and this at the systolic time, so For the maximum pressure oscillation amplitude you mean the pressure at the systolic time ? 

and how the aneurysm surface size can influence the rupture risk?

It is the difference between the min and max pressure occuring over time (systolic-diastolic cycle). The surface size plays a role because the skin strength typically decreases with increasing surface. The time mean of the pressure gives the fundamental force per unit area.

so i do the average between the Minimun and the maximum of pressure at the systolic and the diastolic time ? in this case are there some reference pressure average  that i can find or it's depends on the person specific artery blood flow simulation ? 

You can take the max. deviation from the time-mean pressure over time, or the max. deviation over time from the diastolic pressure (=peak pressure during systolic phase minus lowest diastolic pressure). The mean pressure and pressure peak or oscillation amplitude in the aneurysm will vary with changing parameters you consider, and so you get an idea what is more or less dangerous. Specific absolute values are difficult to evaluate. That is all I can say.

i did the max deviation and i found a pressure of 153 mmHg between the max pressure at the systolic time and the minimum pressure at the diastolic time, is this value reasonable (i did it only for the last cardiac cycle) 

This value is larger than without aneurysm and is in a reasonable range.
