hello, I'm currently trying to work with cas9-cytidine deaminase and have some questions. in the crispr-cas9 knockout system, the double strand break will occurs on the third base upstream from the PAM sequence, then in cas9-cytidine deaminase system which base from PAM will be edited by cytidine deaminase? thank you
