In general, in some countries, each team of researchers work in one laboratory and in one research axis, so their same theme is a result of some concurrency them including what help you and what you envied.
From my proper experience through years of research, I found the help of my colleagues, they always advised me, so I thanks them for their support.
the friendship between colleagues improves the productivity and the performance of the team but that does not preclude that this relationship is unfortunately polluted by jealousy and selfishness which has negatively effects on the quality of work group

Relationships remembers me the molecular interactions, you can observe many types, you can find attraction & repulsion, like & unlike molecules, polar or no, etc.

I think group work in research laboratories, encourages researchers to give better, improve their work and triggers competition among group members.
Always there are problems between the group members in a research laboratory.
As everywhere, different feelings exist between people, love, hate, jealousy, etc.
Whatever the relationship between the members of the laboratory, we must always encourage and advance to meet our abjectifs.
The research is a space to show how to build the generic, complementarily and complicity in a community. Indeed, the behavior of researchers sometimes is different from one to each other: one can see the other as his friend or his enemy. In fact, having a friend is the noblest relationship to feel appreciated, and will allow to more meetings because the friend built a bridge to meet other people. Also, being well supported, and have friends also solves the problems encountered in the field of research. 'Colleague friend is the meadows of his friend for more career opportunities, meetings, and life choices. In other hand, the enemy will always feel jealous of your job, your own success and your good relationships with others, he always try to create obstacles which discourage you and lead you to bankruptcy.
I prefer to get a good relationship with my collegues because when you get the harmony in an issue of joint research everyone wins at all levels: social, friendship and intellectual growth. "It is important to be well surrounded".
