100% certainty in science can never be reached in my opinion. There are current paradigms within which some phenomena can be more or less plausibly explained by accepted causes os factors. Even these can be later questoned when a new paradigm is accepted. This is much less than philosophical certainty, nevertheless this is how empirically based science works: by gradual improvement.

For absolutely and complete interpretation, we need the knowledge of all parameters. It's not possible. Generally, we have incomplete information. So, we can write:
0 < x < 100 % or : doubt < interpretation < certainty.
The teacher must always make a self-evaluation, criticism. He doesn’t wait to receive the reaction of others.
