I am attempting to pre-process resting-state (cortical) fNIRS data using nirsLAB. In order to apply frequency filters, remove discontinuities in waveforms, etc., I must produce an "event file", which outlines the number of task conditions and the pulse-width of stimuli involved in each task. However, the resting-state task employed here did not utilize a trigger stimulus to initiate data collection. Does anybody have experience with the NIRStar system or nirsLAB? Thanks!
