Read. If you read actively and make notes etc that helps academic writing. Make sure the reading is at the correct level. If you are qualified you can review journal articles, this also helps your academic writing.
Hi@Hadeel. If you really want to improve your writing skills, never be satisfied with writing at once. You must revise your writing 5 times and involve someone who can give you constructive feedback. Read more contents and try to appreciate them. Last but least- keep writing and editing every day
Have a passion for writing, practice patience, train yourself and read simple texts (short stories/personal reflections/articles/ feature) and newspapers. Good luck!
Read, read, and read . Read fiction and non-fiction. Read frequently and sleep on it. Don't stop until you feel that you adopt a style. Learn about some rules like conciseness. Then, try to practice what you learn/read through writing sentences, paragraphs, and essays (5 paragraph essay technique). A paragraph a day keeps teachers away!
I would also add that, try as much as possible to write in your own words without copying exact phrases from articles or stories you read. Thus, do well to paraphrase and also do not alter the meaning of the ideas you are putting across.
Again, read actively and avoid writing under stress. Best times to write or review your work should be after a good rest.

When writing I set a deadline for a draft, usually a week. Then I wait a week and read what I wrote out loud. Then I give myself another week for revisions.
It's hard to stop making revisions but it helps to have personal targets.
The question with the skills is not only about which skills specifically, but more of to what extent. But how to measure business writing skills, soft skills, communication skills, presentation skills, collaboration skills, digital skills?

Practice this daily. Even if you don't have to write every day at work, practice writing in some way every day. Focus your time on the types of writing where you most need to improve.
Writing skill is an output skill, so you have to read more and then you can reproduce your own writing. Then you have to peer review your writing, this could be really helpful because you can find your mistakes, and try to correct them. In addition, learning new vocabulary in this way is really beneficial for you.
