If anybody review a research article then how can we determine the originality of the research article.

How can we say that either this research is original or not?
A research's originality can be verified whereby it is a new research not reinventing the wheel that is contributing to new knowledge. This is achievable through rigorous literature review & new research idea generation.
A research is original when it is not copied in the contents or in the presentation. A research is also original when it gives a new proof of a know result in mathematics. Originality requires a new aportation of the author of this research: in contents, in presentations, in new proofs.
If anybody review a research article then how can we determine the originality of the research article.
In term of its writing, the first stage is by checking its similarity index use the tools, like the Turnitin, etc. The previous comments may help in the next stages.
Thanks Han and Mariano for your suggestion. But I think it is very difficult to do the rigorous literature review. You may rephrase the sentences and manipulate the data to avoid similarity index.

I have selected this topic because I have seen a no. of papers which cannot be reproduced. Although I have followed same conditions stated in the paper. Moreover, some papers have manipulated data but such papers are published with references as well. I am not saying that all researchers do so but it is happening.
Many researchers may agree/disagree with my comments but its the reality.

Just one method follow their mentioned protocol. if find similar or show reproducible results then it will be original, otherwise not. And hope so there is not alternative method for authentication if you will find then share it with us..
