We have used the double emulssion method to encapsulate a hydrophylic drug but we have obteined a lower profile release. The degradation occur after several weeks for the incubation with PBS. How can we improve it?

The possible reason to improve the release depends on the ratio of L/G of PLGA that you used. If you use 50:50 ratio of L/G, you will see fast release and also molecular weight of PLGA plays a role in release. Find the below links, might be useful, all the best

I agree with Niranjan. Try to use lower molecular weight of PLGA to reduce the release time of your drug.
If you really want to increase the release, use Poly Glycolic acid (PGA) polymer instead of PLGA....PGA gives release fast than even low ratio and low molecular weight PLGA..
