You have to first change the Cartesian co-ordinate system (i.e. x,y,z) to polar or cylindrical co-ordinate system (i.e. r ,theta, z). If you know how to move the heat source in a straight line then you can easily move it in polar co-ordinate system by putting the radius value instead of x, theta value instead of 'y' and so one. It it generally transient analysis.
