I want to minimize the energy consumption of electrical appliances in home according to different climatic condition such as temperature, wind speed, humidity, visibility an so on.
For this problem what type of optimization method need to be used and which optimization will give the best results.

What is it, that you are trying to minimise the energy consumption of? Surely that will determine totally the means and algorithms that you use to perform the minimisation?
Your question needs some more clarifications. The residential sector is very wide. It covers from the poorest(single room owners) to the richest( who live in luxurious homes). Within this extremely large variety of homes many appliances are used. Some are powered by electricity,gas,liquid fuels,.....etc.
