We have an old system with the device and i am not the expert of it. We want to detect H2S from our system.
What is the system? What is the column you use? It is too vague to be able to give any suggestion.

Our columns m5a and PPU. We need to detect H2 and H2S. We heard that PPU can detect H2S. But its not calibrated. Our expert is not available right now thats why im try to find a solution. Thank you for your help.

What is your chromatograph instrument? Are you using thermal conductivity as a detector? What is the concentration range you expect to achieve? What is your carrier gas? PPU and m5a are the columns that separate your analytes. They do not "detect" anything.
How are you injecting standards and samples? Are you using a syringe or a valve? I assume your sample is in a gaseous state. Or is it liquid?
What is the quantitative approach? Internal Standard? External Standard? Area normalization? With valves, you can use an external standard approach. With syringe, you must use internal standard or area normalization method.
