Since parameters like insulin sensitivity vary within a day of for the same Type 1 Diabetic patient, it is meaningful to introduce these concepts in the parameters of the mathematical models. Can any one suggest the different parameters that are time-varying and give references.

from my personal experience, lot of parameters can induce IS changes (stress, exercise, sleeping time and duration, meal composition and therefore elimination(sugar state (sac arose or glucides..), with or without vegetables and meat), other drugs as insulin..listen to your patients and you'll get your parameters.

Mathematical model which are physiologically based and are used to define the regulatory system of glucose-insulin interactions in Type 1 Diabetes through compartmental modelling where each compartment is governed by a first order differential equation. For example, R.N.Bergman's famous minimal model describing plasma glucose and plasma insulin kinetics. Actually, I am concerned about the parameters of the differential equations of gluco-regulatory systems. How they vary within a patient in a single day?
