If you need to prepare the stable polyaniline (PANI) dispersions, I guess to make PANI coating, this book can be very helpful to find references or information about synthetic procedure. There is a separate chapter about PANI.

 Natalyia's answer is good enough. You can try making polyaniline dispersions using poly(vinyl methyl ether), poly(vinyl alcohol) or cellulose ethers as dispersant. Some refs. are: Macromolecules 1995, 28, 3940;  Polym. Intl 2001, 50, 538.

As you have seen from the above advices there are different approaches to bypass PANI processibility problem. But I think that our old review " Some aspects of preparation methods and properties of polyaniline blends and composites with organic polymers, Prog. Polym.
