Concern researchers of farm machinery and power are requested to help in sending good papers in these Journals and helped to improve the Impact Factor.
My idea is to improve the impact factor for these journals.
Normally he impact factor for each journal has to be mentioned on their website or simply send an email to the web of journal directory.
To improve the impact factor, I guess you will need some advertisements to encourage researchers to see, read and download your publication to cite them in their studies or make your application open access because the more researchers read and view the publication the higher impact factor will get.
Following are my suggestions:
1. experts (international and national) should be selected in the panel of editors
2. make the website be seen by many, (make use of e-mails, conference)
3. only good articles should be published (publication should not be for money only)
4. hard copies and soft copy of the journal papers should be economical and reachable for the students (UG, PG & PhD)
4. sample copies may be circulated if possible to the libraries of well known research centers and feed back may be obtained
To achieve a high impact factor, articles need to be cited, not just seen or read. Others will cite our work when (i) it is relevant and (ii) it is high quality. A high impact factor for a journal takes time to achieve - it requires the editor to set a high standard and enforce it, and it requires contributors who value relevant, high quality work.
