CW-OSL decays exponentially when stimulated by either Blue LED (465nm) or Green LED (525nm) excitation source of an irradiated sample. The single exponential decay curve, the sum of many first order decays, may have more than one components relating to different kinds of traps. Many reports suggest the decay curve contains typically three components such as fast, medium and slow components. The question is how to resolve those components and correlates these to the obtained spectra.
