Well, that is a good question Mr. Hamidi. By now, most of index are based on investments because sustainability is still business. Maybe in (near) future it bacame a way of life. As an example, take a look at renewable energy by Crex index:

I think Green management will be new paradigm or management style soon but it still not have clear boundaries to differentiate it from the others management paradigm.
