Dear all,

I'm trying to fabricate core-shell electrospun fiber using 5wt%PCL in HFIP as a core solution and 6.5wt%Gelatin in HFIP as a shell solution. Feed rate of core is 0.4 mL/hr (20G) and that of shell is 0.6 mL/hr (14G). Voltage is 15kV, and the distance between co-axial nozzle and collector is 12 cm. When I observe the morphologies of electrospun fiber with TEM, I often found the fiber lost core-shell structure. How can I solve this problem? How can we decide the good spinning conditions theoretically?
