I want to have small units or rooms that can keep the temperature at a specific value in the range 35 to 65 degrees...with 0.1 degree accuracy...
If you are looking for microscale heating area, you can use microheaters as my colleagues used in the following article:

If not, you should look for high accuracy convection ovens.
0.1 degree accuracy is very precise one and you need to use precise close loop control system. You may have to use micro controller based control system. You may need to have custom-built system.
I’ve had success with an external heating/cooling circulator and a Styrofoam box. The thermal fluid (water or antifreeze) is pumped through copper tubing coiled inside the box. My controller is a Lauda RC 6 model that is twenty years old and the boxes are typically about 0.25 meter cubes. Temperature control is conservatively +/- 0.16 degrees in the range of -10.00 to +50.00 degrees Celsius.
