How can the instantaneous current effiency (ICE) be expressed as a function of the concentration of the compound?

Dear colleagues

I am looking for an expression of the ICE as a function of the concentration of the organic compound. I know that there are relationships of ICE as a function of COD and TOC. I have seen in an article that the ICE= ((C0-Ct)*FV)/8It. Can anyone confirm this formula?

Could anyone kindly offer their knowledge and expertise to help me with this matter?
