BIM has lots of advantages for both manufacturers and investors. It absolutely benefits every phase of the project life-cycle, even well after the building is complete. In addition, it allows projects to be built virtually before they are constructed physically, eliminating many of the inefficiencies and problems that arise during the construction process. Digital BIM models allow for sharing, collaborating, and versioning that paper drawing sets don’t. The BIM methodology will only be efficient when two things are achieved: 1. That those involved in the project are able to understand the tool and that the information is reliable 2. Have a timely update and that according to the project schedule
Through the visualization of the project in order to avoid overlaps (clash detection) and simulations in order to evaluate the performance of each component before the realization, the objective of which is to design efficient buildings
Each stage of the emergence and implementation of transforming the natural premises (spaces) of someone's territorial community has qualitative and quantitative characteristics. Suppose the quality of such a transformation we are realised in the selected buildings we are decided is understood as its spatial correspondence for the quality of the spatial conditions of a select community, in that case, the role of a pencil, wooden model or a program that expands access to information resources of the products that make up the building is insignificant.
Theoretically, BIM Technology has the advantages of visualization and simulation. It can reflect its advantages in collision inspection of pipeline specialty. In terms of structural quality, BIM Technology can be strengthened by deepening the design of structural nodes.
