If you know the enzyme activity in U/ml, you can use that to convert U/mg to mg/ml. You need to know the molecular weight of the enzyme in g/mol to convert from mg/ml (=g/L) to mol/L (assuming it is pure - there is no point in doing this calculation for a crude enzyme preparation) .
Hello, I wonder if your question is about a pure enzyme supplied to you from a specific company or about an enzyme that you separated from a specific source and you purified? The company usually provides on the bottle the activity of the enzyme they provide in addition to its concentration in for example in mg/ml. so you can convert the activity you will use into concentration using a simple calculation. While if you are asking about the enzyme you purified then follow the above Adam advice.
