Actually, after ultracentrifugation of the plga nanoparticle, redispersing the nanoparticles pellets is very difficult and the nanoparticles attach to each other very strongly and vortexing the solution is not helpful. Moreover, using ultrasound probe cause drug release from the nanoparticles. Is there any other method to separate the free drug and recycle the nanoparticle

Try dialysis by using dextran as a counter dialysing solution, you will concentrate your nanoparticles suspension without agregation, and you will also remove some free drug and stabilizer.
You can also use ultrafiltration by tangential flow filtration (follow the link below)

Centrifugation is by far the simplest method. You need to review your synthesis procedure, you should be able to redisperse your nanoparticles after centrifugation. They are not properly stabilized.
