How can one resolve the structures of the same isolated compounds with their respective stereochemistry?

These isolated compounds are from the same plants with same NMR, MS data and molecular formular (mol. masses) but different colours, textures, rf, solubilities which I know has to do with stereochemistry of the compounds.
