How can one model a clinched joint in ANSYS workbench which will be then simulated for shear and tensile loads?

I am working on a project in which I need to make a sub model of a clinched joint which will be then used in the static structural simulation of a structural frame. How can one model such joint in ANSYS Workbench, without it actually being designed in CAD?
