RSPMatch09 software provides the spectra match ground motion data. When I check the default example given in the RSPMatch09 manual, the result matched.
First, I am trying to match the given ground motion data with MCE (maximum considered earthquake) or DBE (design based earthquake), the RSPMatch09 provides the spectra match with the spectra of the ground motion. However, I am unable to get the spectra match ground motion data for code based MCE or DBE level spectra match.
Next, can the RSPMatch09 provide the spectra match exactly with the code base spectra for MCE or DBE level earthquake.
I am glad to receive some advice to get spectra match data.
A good sofware that is free for research and academia is SeismoMatch, that can provide spectral match to real strong motion recording or to synthetic time histories generated with SeismoArtif. Both can be downloaded from this page:

Which two method of spectral match: RSPMatch09 (Abrahamson 1993) an;d SeismoMatch(2011). Does RSPMatch09 program give more spectral match than SeismoMath?
Does anyone have evaluate the good match between two methods?
Unfortunately I am not familiar with the other code, I never made the comparison you are asking for.

One paper by Ansal et. al (2012) title with Effect of Spectra Scaling on Site Specific Design Earthquake Characteristics Based on 1D Site Response Analysis concluded that Abrahamson (1993) method provides the best fits for spectra scaling with lower standard deviation.
