I'm preparing tocopherol emulsion. After that, I want to analyze the tocopherol present in that emulsion through HPLC. I take the emulsion (1 ml) with 5ml hexane:DCM mixture. Then centrifuge, supernatant taken and dried under Nitrogen gas. Then added methanol and go for HPLC. Is it a correct method to follow.

Because, I know how much tocopherol I used for making emulsion. Its not correlating with the HPLC. Could you suggest some alteration?
