I want to measure dissolved methane gas in water.... the techniques i have came across via internet comprise of GC with headspace equlibrium and FTIR spectroscopy for near IR ranges (wavelength = 125 nm for methane gas). Both of these are not available in my college; neither they are available in any other college/university within my city. Can anybody suggest me some other easier way to determine methane gas in water?
