I am analyzing Rectangular RCC slab. While doing the analysis I have managed to assign elastic properties of steel and concrete but couldn't manage to assign plastic or failure properties of the same. I am using Fe415 steel and M25 concrete. Can anyone please help in this. Attaching some screenshots for reference. Please find.

Are you looking at loading the slab up to collapse Mandar. If so then I'd be interested if you could provide a problem specification including the plastic moment capacities and I can run it through my limit analysis software to give you a reference solution.
you can use the existing stress strain relationship for concrete (like Hsu& HSu 1994) for your concrete and then calculate the plastic strain. In fact, you should define a point that after that the concrete experience nonlinear behavior. Then, base on the strain at that point, you should calculate the plastic stain for the following points.
The damage can be defined as d=1-sigma(n)/sigma(max) and sigma is the stress.
You have chosen the viscosity as 0.66666 which is not correct. It should be a small number like 10^-5 or less. And K should be about 0.67.
