The following equations are the only equations related to normal load of the tire, and they show that the normal load is not defined as an input to the tire model! Therefore, you can not apply the effect of load distribution of the vehicle, or the effect of acceleration on tire forces.

The normal load is used to calculate many parametes such as dfz, Dx,Dy,Kx,SVx. etc..
The following document gives a very good description of the PAC2002 formula. The mathematical equations can be found starting from page 20. The document starts with the description of the steady state equations. Then at page 29, the combined slip equations are given. Lastly at page 35, the transient tire behavior taking the relaxation length propeties is provided.

thanks for your reply Joytishman. if you take a look at page 8, you will see a formula for calculating Fz . This formula does not introduce Fz as an input to the tire model. My problem is exactly this formula.
