We have a clean room with a space of 118 square meters,
I have two questions from you:
1) How many plates should I put into this space to measure the microbial contamination?
2) How many colonies formed in these plates are acceptable after incubation? Does it have a specific formula?

I presume that you expose media of the sort you are interested in and look what you culture. Be sure to do controls
Microbial experiments needs a specific media for growth. Innoculate your media with your microbes and after they have grown place it in your study area (clean classroom) to measure the growth of your microbes.

I know that for monitor bacterial contamination in the clean room, we need special media like nutrient agar, but the Range ( or limits colonies for microbiological monitoring of clean areas during operation and at rest )of the colonies formed in the clean room in operating condition and at rest, How much should be to be acceptable for production?
