Also protein folding, functioning and secretion might be improved by finding optimal process parameters (pH, T) and medium composition (e.g. addition of compatible solutes ("chaperones")).
@ David E. Bautista-Erazo the process is feed batch fermentation, inoculam developement , optimum temperature & pH has been done for enzyme production.
I think if you can use the off-gas analyzer to monitor the exhaust CO2 and O2 gases during the fermentation, you can calculate the oxygen uptake rate and CO2 evolution rate easily. Please see the attachment.
