Investigating a pragmatic convention such as impoliteness in a cross-cultural context requires appropriate instruments for collecting data. A Discourse completion Task (DCT) is the one of the right decisions in this connection. In your case, you have to find and prepare a number of situations adequately reflecting the possibility for the respondents' reaction  to an interaction involving impolite speech acts. The respondents in the targeted samples should then write their answers to each situation.By comparing and contrasting the answers, you can specify how non-native members differ from native speakers in their reaction to impolite situations.

Dear Aguinaldo, I could recommend you to read works by Professor J. Culpeper and his internatioinal colleagues. I mean at least two works: 1) Culpeper J. et al. Impoliteness and emotions in a cross-cultural perspective // SPELL : Swiss papers in English language and literature, 2014, vol. 30.; 2) Culpeper J. et al. Cross-cultural variation in the perception of impoliteness // Intercultural Pargmatics. Vol. , issue 4. 2010. Pp. 597-624.

As for the mentioned issue of Intercultural Pragmatics, it is devoted to the analysis of only impoliteness. I believe you could find this work as well as many others works by J. Culpeper at Academia.edu.
