I need to co-culture two similar cell lines (one of them is manipulated and another one is wild type); Additionally, manipulated cell line with HUVECs cell line.I want to buy trans-well plate but I do not know about the pore size exactly.I want to survey the effect of a extracellular protein. (MW is 20 till 30 kd).

If I understand your question, you are going to co-culture HUVEC with other similar cells (maybe EAHY926). I would suggest you to use a transwell with a pore size under 1 micrometer, that should work fine and no cells should be able to cross.
